Account Registration and Membership

2.1 Deposits

When depositing at kyat123, players must select the correct payment method and deposit a minimum of 3,000 Ks. Deposits are normally processed instantly, but delays may occur on the banking or connectivity side. kyat123 is not responsible in such cases.

2.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after kyat123's verification process is complete. Withdrawals are normally processed back to the same method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks.

Players requesting a withdrawal must pass KYC (Identity Verification).
If bonus funds were used for play, withdrawals are not available until the wagering requirement has been met.
Withdrawal requests deemed suspicious will be reviewed by kyat123 before being processed.

2.3 Financial Accuracy

Only the records logged on the kyat123 platform are considered official for all player deposit and withdrawal transactions. If there is a dispute, players may contact us via live chat on the website.

Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at kyat123 can receive a 120% welcome bonus — up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus funds, a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 15 must be completed.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 44,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks.
Example 2: Deposit 520,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a balance of 820,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks.

3.2 Bonus Restrictions

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.
Winnings earned using bonus funds will be held until the wagering requirement has been met.
If a bonus attempt is found to be fraudulent, kyat123 has the right to cancel the bonus and void any related winnings.

3.3 VIP Levels and Cashback

kyat123's VIP program has 3 levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players move up levels based on their play history and activity, and can receive weekly cashback as follows:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Please note that cashback is awarded as bonus funds, so a wagering requirement may apply before withdrawal.

Player Conduct and Prohibited Actions

4.1 Prohibited Players

The following players are not allowed to use kyat123:

  • Anyone under the age of 21
  • Anyone who has requested a self-exclusion from gambling
  • Anyone who intends to abuse bonuses through fraudulent betting
  • Anyone who uses the platform to launder a third party's money

4.2 Prohibited Activities

4.3 Platform's Right to Suspend

If kyat123 finds that these terms have been violated, it may permanently close the player's account and void any bonuses and winnings obtained. The decision may be reviewed within a defined period, but the initial action will take effect immediately.
